AuDHD Coaching & Support

Whether you have a formal diagnosis, have been “peer reviewed” (people with diagnoses claim you as one of their own), or merely have a suspicion that you might be Autistic and/or an ADHDer, you’re in the right place. If you resonate with the challenges, delights, and other experiences shared by AuDHDers, you may find the tools and information on this website of interest.

And if you would like tailored support from an AuDHD coach to help you:

* make sense of the complexities of AuDHD
* reshape your life to work better for you
* reclaim your time and energy
* nurture your own growth and change

My approach to coaching is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. Your unique qualities, neurology, strengths, values, and experiences are all elements to take into account when considering the best way to support you to reach your goals.

Note: Stay tuned for blog posts discussing each of those elements and why they are important in coaching.

Let’s craft a Life You Love

Are you ready to reclaim your time and energy?

Are you ready to shift from surviving to thriving?

Are you ready to forge your own path?

We all have layers, nuance, and multi-dimensionality. My goal is to create a space where people feel valued for who they are and that they can bring their whole selves to coaching sessions. My approach is not only neurodivergent-affirming, but also queer-friendly, trans-affirming, anti-racist, polyamory-friendly, kink-friendly, and open to learning.

I commit to doing my best to create a welcoming environment for multiply marginalized individuals. As a 40-something, white, cis-gender, queer, AuDHDer, I continue to seek out educational opportunities from lived experience educators to better serve people with various intersectional identities, especially identities I do not share.

On a related note, I do not tolerate white supremacist, transphobic, homophobic, hetero-patriarchal, and otherwise discriminatory statements and behavior.
