Vibrant Bloom
Too many of us have dimmed our sparkle, softened our edges, and cut off or hidden pieces of ourselves in order to get along and get by. At Vibrant Bloom, we seek to nourish and revive the parts of you that have been neglected, set aside, and hidden for far too long. You deserve to bloom vibrantly and experience the vitality and essence of what it means to be alive (whatever that means for you).
Vibrant Bloom Coaching is personalized, co-created, and focused on your goals. We will not tell you how you are “supposed to” be feeling or thinking. We will not tell you what to do. Instead, we uncover what it means to be you, the ever-evolving and complex human that you are. And we collaboratively redefine what you want your life to look like, how you are going to get there, and begin that journey together. Along the way, things may shift for you, deeper goals may surface, and you get to decide what you want to do with that information.
What makes you sparkle with delight? What makes you feel alive? What brings meaning to your life?
Who am I?

Leslie is an unconventional, creative, queer, multiply-neurodivergent coach with over a decade of experience helping people navigate change, both professionally and personally.
She knows how difficult it is to stay true to yourself in a world that continually insists that success looks one way and conformity is rewarded or even required. It can be especially challenging to navigate the journey of rediscovering one’s inner strength and wholeness when there is so much pressure to suppress unconventional thinking and ways of being.
Leslie believes an essential element of coaching is the idea that people are not broken, they are already whole and have many strengths and internal resources available to them. Sometimes the strengths and inner resources are hidden in plain sight or acquired through difficult circumstances. Although trauma can leave scars, it can also lead to growth that includes nuggets of wisdom and beneficial skills that can be applied in new ways in very different situations than the ones in which they were acquired.
With this in mind, Leslie approaches coaching from a trauma-informed, strengths-based, neuro-affirming perspective. She primarily focuses on helping ADHDers and other creative adults to reclaim their time and energy so they can create a life they thrive within.

The best way to reach out is through the form on the contact page. I generally get back to people within 3 business days (usually more quickly, but I’m working on the ol’ work life balance thing and need to give some wiggle room for being human).
